Assalamualaikum wbt! Hi!!! Baru lepas sahur and bru subuh td. And now? Macam xnk tdo lagi sbb td I made hot Neslo for sahur :) Pekat punye. Sedapp.. Ahhh... Hehehe. I woke up and help my mom prepared for sahur just now. I'm getting rajin and more rajin. Me like! Hbs mkn, I did the dish :) Increase point jd ank & bakal menantu yg bahek.. hehe. Xpyh nk menantu sgt beba. You know what? Ramadhan this year is so different I think. No. I dont think of it. I feel it. Like seriously. Xtahu nape. But I just can feel that I'm exciting it. It is just that, I got the semangat to woke up early, so that I can prepare(padahal baru sekali prepare sejak 3hari puase, sbb kngah ade last two days) for sahur. Actually, nasik dh ade dlm rice-cooker. Just senduk ltk dlm mangkukhayun, lauk reheat and add other lauk somemore, telur masin(wajib) ke, telur dadar ke, aym goreng(kindof wajib gak). Buat hot Milo or Neslo ke, I prefer cold water as in plain water. Which attract me more la kan.
And for berbuka, of course, I did help ummy to prepare too. Dulu2 mcm excited je, hari2 nk pegi bazaar, but now, I lebih excited nk prepare lauk at home. Lately, ummy dh xde selera sgt nk mkn, so if I asked her what to cook, she'll answer, "Ikut la korg nk mkn ape." Titik. Kdg2 byk je idea nk msk ape, kdg2 xde langsung. Tapi as for this year, my adik lelaki puase sebulan di Malaysia, so sesi nk msk AYAM tu lebih sikit la. Hari ni aym BBQ, esok, AYAM rempah bakar, luse, AYAM msk merah bla..bla.. And for nasi, actually kan, bulan2 puase mcm, ni la boleh diet nasik(sbb I GEMUK, sgt lah efficient kalau menjadi) tapi still, PERLU ade rice meal dlm pinggan(kalau mkn nasik lah for berbuke) even I ambik sikit je nasik, but still, I consume nasik.
I ade kwn NUTRITIONIST. Norhanisah Abu Shamsi. Besfren from matric. Memang jarang dpt lepak ngan BFF matric, tp last monthm kitorg attend wedding kakak durra tu so gather la.. Sbb masing2 dh npk kerjaya masing2, so now kitorg bercerita tentang kerjaya lah kan. She will become a GOOD NUTRITIONIST since I kenal die pun memang die jenis particular about things. Ya know. I might not say particular about food ony and as we knew her, she'll be a good one. Eh. Jap, cite pasal ape td?(scroll) Ok. So, borak2 dengan die. Memang agk susah nk makan dengan betul for example, I ni gemuk, so banyak jugak habit yang I kene buang if I memang nk slim. Kalau mampu, mampu lah. Kalau xbersungguh memang xjadi. Tapi kalau bersungguh, benda susah jadi senang kan?
Jap nk tanye, 2bulan lame ke x? Sbb kalau I xconsume nasik for 2months, memang I can be like....

So this is just the matter of sanggup or tak je. Easy say but buat? Easy? Ramai org boleh buat. Aizat Amdan. Dulu memang xhensem. Now? Pun xjgk. Sweet ada juga. lol.
So kire mamat ni mampu. Ingat lagi artikel newspaper psl diet die. He took organic food. He doesn't consume rice except for Friday, he will go to his nenek's house to eat nasik. For 2months, die kurus. He lost 24kgs for 3kgs in a week. It was so motivated that turn him to that. Senang wook!
As for Nik Sayyidah Fathiha, die lagi ohsem. Sebab memang lelaki senang nk kurus compared to women. Dari 109kg turun 59kg. Tapi it tooks 8months. Die xambek nasi, daging, ayam, bnde manis and bergula. See? 8bulan. Ohmaigad. Memang ye lah kurus. Plus die exercise lah. Even berat I 'belum' sampai 100, jauh lagi nk jejak. Tapi memang akan sampai kalau I xjage. tsk..tsk... T____T

Ok. Senaman. Ye.Senaman. I boleh dikatekan sebagi aktif bersukan jgk....dulu. Ye. Dulu. Last I joined Sukan Fakulti in VB team. Of course. Bermain sejak primary lagi. Standard 5 & 6. Stop. Then smbung form4 & 5 di maahad. Then matric. Then uni. Ok. Tu je saya mampu. I dint play NB. I dint go for girly game. lol. Diri xpandai main NB kate xminat game pompuan. Pooodah! So I stopped playing VB last year, when I'm in the 3rd year.Setahun xmain VB. Kadang2 macam gian jgk nk tampo bola tu. Tapi cm xde kesempatan and xde geng T____T nanges lagi. So, when I stay in Nilai for 3weeks(kot) before puase baru2 ni, I went to gym and jogging with my housemates! Best! Semenjak I gemuk, I never go for jogging sbb my type of gemuk cannot go for jogging sbb nanti lagi susah nk kurus. Itu mengikut kate seorang pakar kesihatan lah. Type of exercise yang I must do is slow walking. Tapi I HAVE to take a walk as a medium of exercising. Tapi I buat jugak jogging sbb I feel SIHAT! I can feel my heart beating laju! I rase SIHAT right after I bersenam. So me kinda liking it :) The thing that I teringin nk join is aerobik class ke dancing class ke. Sbb itu sejenis exercise yang fun I might say. Dulu mase matric, Ko-Ko kene menari. J-Robik and zapin. Best menari. Walau bdn xcantik tapi tetap terase anggun :)
Ok. So xperlu bercerita panjang sbb kalau duk bercakap memang xkan KURUS! isk..isk.. Chop! Terase macam dh habis sihat dah ni, tapi my egg cycle TAKCANTIK ni apehal? hukhuk T____T nanges.lagi.sekali.
Last period on 24th of APRIL if I was not mistaken!!! Xpun 29th of MAY. Tapi now dh lepas 2-3kali putaran pun xde tande2 nk normal T___________T waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!! I xsuke cycle xcntik. Sbb before ni SANGAT cantik. Tapi JANGAN lupe. Semua tu kerja ALLAH. Xpe. Kakngah kate xpe. Just wait. Habis je bulan ni, kalau xde lagi, I nk pergi oversea buat check-up.Perlu.ke? T________T akibat stress yang teramat :'( Nak dijadikan cerita, memang muke penuh dengan.................................

OK. Back to business. Kalau dah bulan RAMADHAN ni, memang semua manusia berlumba-lumba macam ikan lumba nk buat amal. Nak tingkatkan amal and ibadah. Xkurang jgk yang xberubah. Wallahua'alam. Tapi macam semua orang biase tgk la, kalau hari2 biase, free hair, bulan puase nk tutup. Alhamdulillah, kite doa supaya habis je bulan puase Allah bukak pintu hati die supaya xbukak2 tudung tu. teehee.. Semua orang, semua golongan berkejar2 nak pergi solat terawih kt surau and masjid. Semua berkejar2 nak dapat kelebihan malam tersebut. Alhamdulillah. Semua tu dapat tengok bulan puase je. Bulan lain xdapat ar.. Comel kan.
Bulan ni jugak nk habiskan(khatam) Al-quran.Lancar je bace page after page. hehe(kate kt diri sndiri ke?) Tapi kalau bulan lain? T__T. Ok. Improvise itu perlu :) Bulan ni jgk, subuh xlepas INSYAALLAH. Alhamdulillah. Rase xnak bagi bulan ni habis je T____T. Mulianya bulan ini.
Ya Allah, Tuhan Maha Pencipta. Kau ciptakan sekalian makhluk dan alam dengan kudratMu Ya Allah. Kau limpahkan nikmatMu Ya Allah. HambaMu yang kerdil terase amat kerdil dengan dosa sepanjang tahun, Kau berikan lagi bulan ini kepada kami Ya Allah. Tanpa berkira Engkau Maha Tuhanku, Maha Pengasih Maha Penyayang.
Semoga bulan yang penuh rahmat ni akan menjadi titik tolak penghijrahan kite yang kekal abadi InsyaAllah :)

hehe..kite kan same.. Dh 3hari puase nih, memang boleh kurang kan. At leat reduce the quantity. Instead of xambek langsung. susah sikit la kan. Dlm 3hari puase ni kite start dgn air, which is air kosong wajib hbs sebotol mineral kecik. So perut dh penuh. Isi kuih and other than nasi. Then dh kenyang gile. Still kalau nk jgk amek sikiiit je nasik. Ni buat mase ni la.. :)
