Sijil SPM saye mungkin Hilang :(

Cane nih? Cane saye nk kej nanti? Ye. Saye careless :( Sangat. Kenape mesti saye? Kenape msti sijil saye yg hilang? Huw... Msti susah and complicated keje nk mintak balek sijil tuh :(

Sekiranya ingin mendapatkan salinan sijil yang hilang/musnah/tidak dituntut boleh dibuat melalui pos atau datang sendiri ke kaunter sijil Lembaga Peperiksaan Malaysia Aras 1 Blok E 11 Putrajaya. Cara permohonan salinan sijil adalah seperti berikut: Wang Pos bernilai RM 10.00 (atas nama Pengarah Peperiksaan) Surat Akuan Sumpah atau Laporan Polis tentang kehilangan sijil (hanya permohonan secara pos) Sampul surat beralamat sendiri dan bersetem Tempoh proses 4 minggu dari tarik menerima permohonan Sila alamatkan pada : Pengarah Peperiksaan, Lembaga Peperiksaan Kementerian Pelajaran Malaysia Blok E 11, Kompleks E, Pusat Pentadbiran Kerajaan Persekutuan 62604 Putrajaya. (U.P: Unit Pengurusan Maklumat dan Data) Seeyah Lovelies!!!
